MASTERCLASS  3 - Securing customer loyalty and how to sustain it with Seren Welch

As part of the European INTERREG 2 Seas project 'PROFIT', Visit Kent set up an innovation masterclass programme for tourism business in Kent. This masterclass took place on Thursday 28th November 2018 at Rochester Cathedral with introductions from Jim Dawson at Visit Kent with a state of play on the new Visit Kent visitor first strategy that PROFIT has helped to create and engage tourism visitors and the industry in its design. Jim was followed by an in-depth introduction by Seren Welch on enhancing the understanding of the visitor and how to sustain customer loyalty effectively in our businesses. The session identified various challenges tourism businesses face when sustaining customer loyalty and provided techniques and resources to help understand the visitor.
